Vision Carriers

Every God-given vision requires more than a visionary; it requires people willing to carry it. In Vision Carriers, Pastor Bill Russell challenges leaders, ministry workers, and volunteers to move beyond simply supporting the vision to becoming an extension of it. Through biblical principles and practical leadership insights, he explores the mindset, ownership, and responsibility required to carry vision effectively. This book challenges readers to move from waiting to taking initiative, from identifying problems to creating solutions, and from completing tasks to cultivating excellence. Carrying vision is not just about what you do, but who you become in the process. The vision may be given to one, but its fulfillment requires the commitment of many.
