Lost In Black Water

1950. The Great Dismal Swamp hides more than cypress and cottonmouths. It hides Granny-a Cherokee Beloved Woman who heals with herbs, commands hawks, and protects the land her ancestors are buried in.

When Sheriff Gator and lumber baron Sterling Albright start running 500 gallons of moonshine a night through Camden County, they cross her boundary line. Men end up dead. A young Cherokee teenager, Lizzy, is blamed for the murder.

And a 16-year-old boy named Holt has to choose between his corrupt father and the woman he loves. To save himself, Holt will risk everything.

Now the FBI, the ATU, and a former bootlegger are closing in.

To save Lizzy, Granny will call on birds, a huge bear, and alligators in the swamp.
