Irresistible Confections

A sweet and tempting Advent story told in 24 chapters.

Holly has worked at the sweets shop, The Sweet Shack, for two years, and has managed her crush on her boss quite well, all things considered. She prides herself on surviving this long while keeping her attraction to a bare minimum of secret ogling when he’s busy helping customers.

As Holly’s boss, Darryll is well aware that his initial physical attraction should’ve worn off after two years. But the longer he works with Holly and gets to know her, it becomes more and more difficult for Darryll to maintain a professional relationship with his employee.

It’s even more complicated because Holly has turned into his daughter’s best friend.

Millie and her Dad have been a tight unit her entire life, but something has always been missing. This year, she’s decided she wants a new mum. And she likes her best friend, Holly, very much, so it’s only natural that she should want to be Millie’s new mum, right?

This Christmas, find out if Millie gets her wish and whether or not Holly and Darryll can withstand the irresistible attraction among all the confections.
