Ekstæses Syllabus

The Ekstæses Syllabus is a practical practice in awakening: three hundred sixty-five daily lessons, taken one at a time, across a single year, that carry the participant out of demoralization and suffering and toward the direct experience of oneness with the Source of All Things.

It asks for no belief. Each lesson is merely a thought to hold, a perception to loosen, a discipline to live – meant to be tested against your own lived experience rather than accepted on faith. These lessons undo the habits of separation and fear that obscure what is already true, and walk the path with you to genuine transformation.

This is the daily devotional practice of Ekstæses: the whole of its theology made into a discipline you can live, one day at a time.
