Peace Corner

« A feel-good book for Progressives! »

-Ed Davis, author of Here Where We Stand: The Shawnee Springs Stories

In Yellow Springs, Ohio-a town shaped by the Quaker values of social justice and activism-a handful of unlikely neighbors find themselves drawn into the quiet, daily work of resistance.

Olympia, an eighty-year-old retired doctor, stands at the Peace Corner with her fellow activists, refusing to look away from a country growing more divided. Around her, lives intersect: a widower searching for purpose, a teenager finding her voice, a delivery driver carrying grief and anger he barely understands. As tensions rise-from local confrontations to national crises-their choices ripple outward, testing what it means to act with courage, compassion, and conviction.

Set against the rhythms of a real American village, Peace Corner is a story of community in action-where small acts of defiance, care, and connection become a powerful force for change.
